SINGLETTRACK
We select for you the most beautiful "single tracks" of the Drôme and the Hautes-Alpes in sumptuous landscapes. It is these routes, often technical and committed, that have made the reputation of Raid VTT. Before leaving, you have the GPS track and you can also download the tracks on the map, as well as the longitudinal profiles. The route is fully marked. For the night stage, reflective beacons are used
CATERING
The caterer prepares you with his team, organic meals and from sectors in short circuits. The quality is exceptional. Only the breakfast is more conventional, but the milk still comes from the nearest farm every morning!
BASE CAMP
The organization reserves campsites or bivouac areas for all competitors at each stage. You will set up your tent in a large bivouac on the same site: friendly and friendly atmosphere between bikers and souvenir photos of use. Access is restricted to tent canvas only. No vehicles can enter it. Motorhome areas are located outside.
WASHBIKE
as a VIP: Our teams take care of washing your mountain bike. Degreasing, lubrication, we take care of your bike.
Otherwise self-service for all. Provision of water jets.
SCOTT MTB CUSTOMERS
A SCOTT technical stand reserved for SCOTT customers is present every day. A SCOTT France after-sales technician will take care of your mountain bike.
ELITE TEAM SUPPORT
A maximum of 2 assistants per team can benefit from access to the meal, bivouac. They can also provide technical assistance in the race. Only on specific points indicated in the road book.
NB: In a raid hike, only one assistant can accompany the hiker and access the bivouca and meal areas.
VOLUNTEERS
The strength of Raid VTT is obviously its network of volunteers; with a team
remarkable team of 12 people who work all year round to offer this extraordinary challenge
and more than 400 people spread over the 4 days (professionals and volunteers) for you
allow you to enjoy the event.
We are looking for vital forces every year so do not hesitate to offer your services and join our happy team.
ENVIRONMENT
We limit the use of non-recyclable materials and products. Thus in the catering area we only use compostable cutlery, plates, cups and bowls.
We will also offer the use of the single cup for the duration of the event. To bring to the meal and to carry in your bag for supplies.
We only supply ourselves in short circuit for the products constituting the meals and breakfasts. For a good part of the products offered on the aid stations as well.
MEDIA
Rolling down the slopes like chamoix, or discreetly on the lookout behind a grove, our photographers and the video team give of their person so as not to miss anything.
You will thus find photos and the 26' film a few days after your arrival at the end of 3 unforgettable stages.
REFRESHMENTS
2 to 3 refreshments per stage with local products and nutrition adapted to the effort. The quality of the supplies is irreproachable and the competitors praise the organization every year.
VIP BIVOUAC
Limited to 40 people, this optional VIP offer allows you to benefit from a spacious tent for 2 people, all comfort, set up and taken down by our teams. We deposit your luggage there. You just have to enjoy. Included a massage service for you.
GUARDED MTB PARK
A closed and supervised mountain bike park is accessible every day from 6 p.m. Entry and exit are controlled by a numbered wristband and your race plate. Wearing a padlock is recommended.
OSTEO ACTION
Action Ostéo has been present for several years; 8 osteopaths at your service every day to help you in your recovery. Service offered by Raid VTT.
MECHANICAL WORKSHOP
MECARIDE offers a mechanical assistance service, at a stage point and at the arrivals. MECARIDE invoices its hours of intervention and has many spare parts but cannot cover the whole range of necessary parts.
RESCUE
It is an extraordinary position with a budget of more than 17,000e allocated to security. 3 emergency physicians, around thirty firefighters equipped with equipment suitable for off-road progress and specialized rescuers for interventions in dangerous environments. Your security is our priority.
A team of osteopaths is at your disposal every evening to improve your recovery process.
MARKUP
We strive to limit our impact on the natural areas crossed. The markup is mainly made up of fechages and some rubalises if our setters notice a deterioration of the signage in the morning. Our ushers leave early in the morning by bike. We do not use motorized vehicles.
GPS is mandatory for all. 1 per team in Elite, 1 per group of hikers if you guarantee us to stay together. Otherwise 1 per hiker.
EVENT MASSAGES
The Massages event team offers 15-minute massage sessions according to Ayrveda.
This is traditional Indian medicine. It is a holistic method that continues to prove itself in the sports field.
Facilitate your recovery with a leg or back massage (or even both) and benefit from specific sports advice.
Performed with organic oils and made in France, this 15-minute massage will be your mental and physical ally on the Chemins du Soleil.
